It is designed to burst larvae found within the fl our.

During the production of fl our, larvae easily pass through silk holes and reproduce in a short period of time particularly in hot climates. Before being placed in silos, fl our should pass through the larvae impact machine. Flour that goes through the larvae impact machine can very hardly produce insects.

The machine has a cast body, and may be mounted in diff erent positions. Rotor pins are made of a special type of steel and are subjected to thermal processing. Thanks to a special sealing system at the motor side, no dusting takes place.

Various models and motor options are available upon request.
